Today I am sharing with you this pancakes recipe. I find them really easy to make especially on the Sunday mornings :) It is our treat day.
- can be served with nutella and banana - my favourite ;)
-maple syrop
-salty caramel and banana or any fruits of your preference

Preparation time: 3 min
Cooking time: 17 min
Portions: 4
Complexity: Easy
Ingredients:
1 cup of flour (250 ml cup)
1 cup of milk
1 egg
2 table spoons of vegetable oil
2 1/2 teaspoon of sugar
1/2 teaspoon of vanilla sugar
1 pinch of salt
2 teaspoons of baking powder

1. Add all ingredients into the bowl. Combine them together, I used mixer for that, there cannot be any lumps in the dough!
2. Once the dough is ready, warm up the pan and whipe it with the vegetable oil. Pour the dough on the pan using big spoon and fry it until the pancake gets golden color from each side.
